What a year it’s been! As we approach the holiday season, I can’t help but reflect on our journey at Calleo. Fourteen years ago, Andrew Dean started this company with a vision to help businesses unlock their potential through market intelligence, and wow, have we come a long way. Years of moving offices, seeing clients come and go, and witnessing team members’ ebb and flow. But this year? This year feels different.

This year was a testament to our adaptability, pushing beyond familiar boundaries and embracing growth. We dived into new industries, expanded our horizons and transformed as a business and a united team. Our work culture blossomed, becoming more vibrant and resilient each month. To the six of us who are Calleo – our core team who’ve weathered every storm together – this is for you. Your commitment is what makes our team unique. We’ve been together through every challenge and every milestone, and this year has been truly remarkable because of our shared dedication.

Some of our colleagues finished their studies, others took short courses, and together we’ve become an even stronger, more knowledgeable group. We’ve been privileged to guide businesses through uncertain times, providing the intelligence they need to move forward confidently.
